EPR Compliance
SSREC Enviro enables builders, infrastructure companies, and bulk waste generators to achieve 100% regulatory compliance through a fully integrated C&D Waste EPR implementation system.
We take complete responsibility — from waste collection to recycling and documentation.
Our Story
We witnessed the massive quantity of valuable materials being dumped into landfills. What others saw as waste, we saw as an opportunity to recover, recycle, and rebuild sustainably.
This realization marked the beginning of our journey towards creating a circular economy in construction.
More Than Waste Management
For us, this is not just a business — it is a mission.
A mission to:
✔ Save rivers from illegal sand mining
✔ Protect mountains from excessive quarrying
✔ Promote recycled construction materials
✔ Create cleaner and smarter cities

CSRA Blocks
Compressed Stabilized Recycled Aggregate Blocks
CSRA Blocks are sustainable masonry units manufactured using recycled construction & demolition waste, offering strength, durability, and precision for modern construction.
Available Sizes
300 × 290 × 90 mm
300 × 150 × 90 mm
Applications
Load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls
Residential and commercial buildings
Partition and compound walls
Green and sustainable construction projects

Grass Artline Pavers
Grass Artline Pavers are eco-friendly concrete grid blocks designed to create strong, permeable surfaces while allowing natural grass growth. They are ideal for green landscaping, light-traffic areas, and aesthetic outdoor developments. The open-cell structure ensures effective rainwater percolation, prevents water stagnation, and reduces surface heat.
Available Sizes
250 × 250 × 60 mm
Applications
Garden pathways
Lawn & landscape areas
Pedestrian walkways
Terrace gardens
Villa open spaces
Low-traffic parking (with proper base preparation)
Resorts & park developments

Solid Concrete (CC) Blocks
Solid Concrete Blocks are high-strength masonry units used for load-bearing and non-load-bearing construction. Manufactured with precision and uniform density, these blocks provide excellent durability, dimensional accuracy, and faster construction compared to conventional bricks.
They ensure strong bonding with mortar, reduced plaster consumption, and long service life.
Available Sizes
3.5” Block – 190 × 90 × 90 mm
4” Block – 400 × 100 × 200 mm
6” Block – 400 × 150 × 200 mm
8” Block – 400 × 200 × 200 mm
Applications
Load-bearing walls
Partition walls
Compound walls
Residential buildings
Commercial & industrial structures
Foundations (below-grade masonry)
Boundary & utility walls

Zig-Zag Pavers
Zig-Zag Pavers are interlocking concrete paving blocks designed to provide superior load distribution and high structural stability. Their unique shape ensures strong interlock, making them ideal for heavy-traffic areas and long-lasting pavement performance.
Available Sizes
225 × 112.5 × 80 mm
Applications
Roads & internal layouts
Car & truck parking areas
Industrial yards
Petrol bunks
Container terminals
Commercial complexes
I-Pavers
I-Pavers are widely used interlocking paving blocks known for their high strength, durability, and aesthetic appearance. They provide a smooth, skid-resistant surface and are suitable for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
Available Sizes
200 × 163 × 80 mm
Applications
Residential driveways
Walkways & footpaths
Car parking areas
Apartment complexes
Public pathways
Landscaping projects
EPR Compliance
Key Policies & Regulations in C&D Waste Management
C&D Waste Management Rules 2016: These rules emphasize the importance of recycling and fostering eco-friendly construction practices. It is crucial for construction firms to adopt sustainable measures that not only reduce waste but also promote environmental well-being, encouraging builders to integrate recycling initiatives that lessen the ecological footprint of their projects.
C&D Waste Management Rules 2025 (Effective from 1st April 2026): As the construction industry evolves, these regulations introduce stricter measures aimed at enhancing waste management protocols. A minimum of 10% of C&D recycled products will become mandatory in projects exceeding 20,000 square meters, serving the dual purpose of boosting recycling rates and ensuring a more sustainable approach to material use in construction. This proactive step is essential for reducing landfill contributions and promoting a circular economy in the building sector.
